A class for everyone

At Borders Martial Arts schools run by Chief Instructor John Wilson and his team there will be a class for you whether it be a relaxing Tai chi session, a full on kickboxing/selfdefence session or traditional Kung fu training.

Martial arts training can improve your balance, coordination, stamina, flexibility, muscle tone, cardio vascular output and your overall general fitness and wellbeing.

For progression and achievement

Throughout your training, you will be given the opportunity to progress through the belts and take part in local and national competitions.
